Off-the-shelf ChMS tools are priced for American mega-churches and built for their workflows — denominational hierarchies that do not map to African church reality, English-only interfaces, dollar pricing that bleeds.
Meanwhile African churches are quietly doing some of the most sophisticated ministry work on the planet — multi-campus operations, discipleship pipelines that move thousands of people per year from visitor to disciple, weekly giving running into hundreds of millions of Naira, attendance and follow-up systems that would put most enterprises to shame.
